Bernard C. Snyder Picnic Area Camping Rules
We have been granted a camping permit for the Bernard C. Snyder Picnic Area by the Cowanshannock Creek Watershed Association. This aggreement must be adhered to by all anglers wishing to use this camping area:
1. Although the Cowanshannock Creek Watershed Association does not encourage campsite fires, they will be permissableprovided there is not a ban issued by the Bureau of Forestry for the dates this permit is issued. Any person causing damages to any property to the Brenard C. Snyder Picnic Area will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
2. No standing trees, dead or alive, will be cut for firewood or any other reason. If a fire is essential for your camping, it is recommended you have a contained fire with your own wood supply.
3. Campers are responsible for proper disposal of their own litter and garbage.
